I have an internal struggle with my patriotism for two countries, one heavily bias because of love from a certain boy, but i would happily leap to eithers defence. But the nostalgia for australian wildlife wins this time.
It was especially fun teaching the mister all the names for the plants and birds we saw on our recent visit. Want to know what a Poinciana or Jacaranda looks like ask him.

nostalgia for places is the worst - well, it is enjoyable, from one point of view but.. it just destroys all your energy :)
